How Do Essential Oils Work?

Your limbic system is directly associated with the part of the brain that manages emotions, stress, heart rate, memory, blood pressure, and the respiratory system. This is why smell triggers a robust response in our brain. Ways to Inhale

You can inhale all goodness of essential oils through different methods like a diffuser, dry evaporation, steam, spray, or inhaling directly from the bottle. Investing in a good quality diffuser is very important as you need to keep it mold-free and easy to clean. Just add a few drops of essential oil to your diffuser and breathe in all the goodness of essential oil in the air.

You can also use it in direct steam, where you add a few drops of essential oil to boiling water and breathe the smoke for a few minutes. Next, you can add a few drops to the cotton balls or wooden beads for dry evaporation effects. Finally, you can add a few drops to your spray bottle, and voila, you are good to go!

In short essential oils can be safely used in many ways. Essential oils can replace your chemical air fresher, which has hazardous chemicals. It can be used as a safe and chemical-free disinfectant, mood uplifter, sleep aid, etc.
